Ward Corporation is honored to call Fort Wayne its home, having been founded and based in the city for over 50 years.

 

Supporting local non-profit organizations such as the Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce, Workforce Development, the Rescue Mission, and the Salvation Army. Grown from a small work shop to 300,000 square feet of manufacturing space, all growths have benefited the local community. In their latest expansion, Ward Corporation will grow its Fort Wayne facility by adding an additional 16,000-square-foot casting area to the two-acre campus, which includes three buildings originally constructed in the 1890s. This will create up to 42 new jobs from 2015 to 2018 for the local community.

 

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Ward Corporation up to $175,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $100,000 in training grants based on the company’s job creation plans.
